1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our enterprise platforms, utilizing our software engineering services, or engaging our consulting team, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, platform architectures, trademarks, and documentation provided by Shambhu e-Solutions Private Limited remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred via a bilateral agreement.
3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Production availability, support turnaround windows, and system uptimes are governed by tier-specific enterprise SLAs established in client contracts.
